We're super excited for this years UK Grip League to get started, we've selected 4 staple events for the qualifiers testing each area of your strength.

How To Qualify

The top 5 from each category will be invited to the final along with 2-3 wildcard entries, if any entries are refused, the next person on the list will be selected.
