HOW TO USE IT

Adjust the handle height using the turntable knob to a comfortable height

Simply turn on the device, enter your age and gender, then give it your all.

Squeeze the handles together as tightly as you can, the top result will then be shown on the screen.

You can use the save function to store the data, or just note it down for future reference.
