Our heavy duty wrist roller is an exceptional support grip training tool. It may look simple, but this wrist roller will have your forearms begging for mercy.
The 50mm diameter of the handle provides an additional challenge placing extra strain on your grip and forearms.

Using The Roller
Simply attach some weight to the carabiner (comes with the wrist roller), preferably with a loading pin, and begin rolling. This constant time under tension provides a great challenge. You can attach the rope to a weight plate but we do advise a using loading pin for a better workout.
By using a high quality nylon rope, this allows you to add as much weight as you can. We have tested this up to 100kg and it has held firm. It also prevents fraying which ultimately weakens the rope and cause an accident (snapping!). That is the last thing we want which is why we use such high quality rope.
