The points of the stars can go between the fingers allowing maximum coverage of the hand and muscles used.

Since arriving into our store the star grippers have been a massive hit due to their versatile use. A fantastic strength builder and recovery accessory as well as being ideal for warming up and cooling down.
Created from high quality TPR (thermoplastic rubber) that is non-toxic and odourless.
Who Are They For?
Since launch our star grippers have been purchased by a wide variety of people with many different uses in mind. Our main focus here is to use them for recovery and aiding build crush grip.
More recently we have found people using them as a stress tool too.
Useful for warming up in the gym before training, exercises such as bench press and deadlifts will benefit from this. Warming up is an essential part of training in the gym. Your wrist strength plays a huge part in bench pressing, you can use wrist wraps to help support but the most effective way is to strengthen your hands and wrists.

There is no right or wrong way to use the star grippers but we have found the best way is to simply place it in the palm of your hand and crush it.
