Our IronMind Hub Training Guide has been in the making and development for the last 12 months, we started off using a simple % progression but it was not very effective, so we went to work trying out different rep ranges and holds, we have now made it more in depth and effective meaning you will not just peak but progress your overall strength.
Finally we perfected the recipe and constructed this 6 week masterpiece.
