You can perform high repetitions on the lower resistance ring to promote recovery and increase musculature. Using the higher resistance rings will allow you to build crush and support strength.
The ultimate accessory for promoting hand strength. Training your extensors without finger bands is very tough. No other training tools hit the areas the finger bands do.
Simply place your fingers through the loops and open up as wide as you can. You will feel this all the way up your forearm and the burn will soon set in.
