Get A Grip Of The Coronavirus During Isolation

Amidst all the negativity and fear surrounding the recent outbreak of coronavirus, our answer.. Get a grip of the coronavirus! We’re here to look at the positive side. It looks like the near future may involve some if not all of us having to self isolate at some point for a minimum of 2 weeks.

With schools, colleges, universities work places and most importantly gym’s going into shutdown, the inability to socialise or go about our general day to day life due to the coronavirus will get pretty boring.

We see this as the perfect opportunity to, as we have put it, get a grip of the coronavirus. Quite simply, grip training does not require you to be at the gym you can do 90% of training from the comfort of your own home.

Hand grippers are your go to item. They can help you pass the time, and also grow huge grip strength. If you have been keeping an eye on our blog recently you will have seen the regularly updated, using hand grippers everyday post. This is an ongoing experiment at the moment we are currently just over halfway through.

So far this experiment has seen no downsides, as long as you’re using chalk it seems like the only thing we are getting is.. Stronger! Using chalk also in turn has benefits as it is very high in alcohol % not only will you be getting ready for training but also killing germs, hopefully aiding your prevention of catching coronavirus.

At times like this we need to make the best of what we can get, unfortunately like most other businesses our sales have decreased but that doesn’t stop us from wanting to put content out there and help spread the importance grip training all across the world!
